My Melbourne Trip

My 5-days trip to Melbourne was fantastic. I love the people, buildings, coffees, pies , cakes, fish & chips, their picturesque town, and last but not least, the cooling weather. Their food portion is like our standard portion X 3..I like!

Haha..I am too lazy to blog properly, so here are some of my photos.

Watching sunrise from our plane. Spectacular!

If you are on Airasia to Australia, don't forget to try out their BBQ chicken. So tasty! It's a well-marinated  succulent chicken thigh.

A curious penguin from the Melbourne aquarium

My favourite Vietnamese beef noodle from the famous Mekong restaurant.
We came back twice!

Our hold-your-bladder pose

The famous Twelve Apostles

 Their multi-level parking.
Parking can be damn expensive at Melbourne city. A full day car park can be AUD25.

The best fish & chip that I ever had

Spectacular view at Cape Otway Lighthouse

Fashion Disaster

Hahaha..can't stop laughing when I saw this photo on an online retail shop. It' just the perfect attire if you wanna looks "ghostly" or wanna scare off your neighbour's children.

You likey?

UOB Lady's Card - If it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't true

I have recently signed up for UOB Lady's card because of their 25% cash back every Saturday on shoes purchase. After 2 to 3 weeks later, my card is finally here and I was quite enthusiastic.

However, after studying their terms & conditions, I was a bit disappointed cuz the deal isn't as good as it seems.

Here's the reasons why.

Ok, so you finally waited until Saturday to buy that shoes that you have wanted and the offers are extended to all these brands below.

Sounds good, right?

But here's what the majority do not know (cause it isn't in their marketing material unless you read the fine print on their website). You will need to fulfill the following conditions in order to qualify for the cash back.

1. You have to spend  a min. of RM500 for that month.
2. Your shoes purchase has to be more than RM80.
3. You can only get a max of RM100 cash back per month.

With such rules, I am not so sure if I would be able to enjoy their cash back. I will still try though, so that I won't waste the card.

My Favourite Quotes on Stress

"Two rules for stress management.

Role one: Don't sweat the small stuff.

Rule two: It's all the small stuff" - Robert Elliot

"Experience is simply the name we give our mistakes." - Oscar Wilde

"Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly." - Robert F. Kennedy

"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work." - Thomas Alva Edison

"There is no use worrying about things over which you have no control, and if you have control, you can do something about them instead of worrying." - Stanley C. Allyn

And my top favourite quotes are:
"There is always a rainbow after the rain."

"The sky is the darkest before the dawn"

Any my personal advice is:
"Don't think that you are imperfect just because you've been through shits in your life. You will only grow to become a more beautiful person as you've learn to appreciate people and things around you more."

And finally, as long as you have your loved ones, family and friends around you, no stress is too great to be handled. :)

What's your favourite quote?

If you are still stress, then try this anti-stress kit..;)
